Important note on 2-factor authentication
Our 2-factor authentication means even more security for your data and vouchers, utilizing double authentication when logging in to the Incentive Mall.
This type of authentication means that when you log into the Incentive Mall, first of all you enter your regular login details. Then, in addition to your password, you also enter a code displayed in a separate app on your smartphone.
This 2-factor authentication is not mandatory, but we strongly recommend it as a further security measure.
You can also activate 2-factor authentication in your user management at a later time.
